Southern Corsica is famous for it’s azure waters, white sandy beaches and the ancient villages built into it’s limestone cliffs. Hosts Mark Jennings & Julie Conover set out to explore the modern marinas and 16th century citadels that make up these historic seaports. They take to the seas with a local expat to experience the carefree life at the helm and tour the mysterious caves carved out of the shoreline millions of years ago. The island’s harrowing mountain roads are a challenge for drivers, but still attract bicycle tourists from all over the world. Julie teams up with the locals to learn the intricacies of Boules, while Mark sets out to demonstrate his mastery of the catamaran.
